Hi, I want to make a mexican-type of shredded chicken in my crock pot, to use in fajitas later on for dinner. I’ve looked up recipes online but they all require tons of ingredients…a lot of them also call for salsa which I can’t use because I have a picky child that doesn’t like Salsa. [...]

September 8th, 2011 admin I ordered a “plain” chicken, not the parmesan or anything of the sort, just plain ol’ chicken. The waitress said they marinade it in their own Italian dressing & cook it on a flat top grill/stove. If anyone knows how to make this, much obliged!

It was regular chicken legs but it tasted so good. it was a darker color, as if soy sauce was used, and it definitly wasn’t fried or baked……..i think maybe they cooked in a tiny bit boiling water but added a LOT [...]
