Caesar dressing has strayed from it’s origins. This is the way I was taught many years ago, by my father, so I’ll continue to do it this way.

Anyone know the recipe for Longhorn Steakhouse’s chicken marinade, was told it was their Italian dressing?

admin I ordered a “plain” chicken, not the parmesan or anything of the sort, just plain ol’ chicken. The waitress said they marinade it in their own Italian dressing & cook it on a flat top grill/stove. If anyone knows how to make this, much obliged!
