1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
2 Tablespoons low fat garden vegetable cream cheese
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
1 cup cubed, cooked white chicken meat
3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup golden raisins
Salt and pepper to taste
Leafy greens
In a large bowl combine yogurt, cream cheese, and dill. Mix well and add chicken, celery and raisins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of greens.
Notes: I grow my own dill and dry it for use during the winter. You can use fresh or dried dill here.
