had gizzard curry recently and thought i was eating kidney until my wife told me it was gizzard, tastes very similar with slightly milder flavour than kidney and better texture

I started this marinade and tossed in the liver. Then I forgot about it for 3 days. I cooked it tonight and it was soft (from the acids) so I mushed it into a “peasants” moose. FANTASTIC!!!

wow. I would never have imagined that Greek and Carribbean cuisine have a dish in common!!!
In Greece though we cook it differently during winter due to lack of good tomatoes and scallions.!!
    Good one!!!

Definitely going to try this one! THANKSSSSS!
~Durban~ South Africa ~ <<< Maybe look up BUNNY CHOW on Google and offer that unique DURBAN curry to the folk in the Caribbean. Any saucy dish would lend itself to such a unique means of serving it, although here it’s strictly lamb. beef, sugarbeans or veg curries.
    YUMMY STUFF!
