This guy is a failure at being a Chef, no he’s no Chef, maybe a short order cook. I write my own menu(s) and if something is not right or good enough please let me know, I want to make sure my place is great, a winner, and that pathetic pride this guy has, common what’s with that?
There’s NO way I would eat at this idiot’s place of Business, He doesn’t know how to make up his own menu, he will be out of business within two years if that long? he is NO Chef it shows.
