Spicy chicken taco filling??

Does anybody have a recipe for a spicy chicken taco filling similar to the one in the taco bell spicy chicken crunchwrap and the spicy chicken taco??
Or maybe a recipe for a mexican sauce that can be used to slow cook chicken in? Any recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Boil chicken breast in water and bouillion cube. Use the least amount of water possible

Cook about 15 minutes or so.

    Remove breast and let cool

Use a fork to shredd the chicken.

Put it in a sautee pan with
1/2 cup of the water used above
    1/2 cup of tomota paste
2 TBSP of Cumin (key ingrediant)
    Cayenne pepper
    Pinch of Brown Sugar
    Add slat to taste
