@jaerinax Thanks for your question. The pork broth is much like chicken broth. There is a big pork bone floating in there and it is condensed down. Each cook probably has their own slightly different variation. You could use bullion cubes to start with and adjust to your taste. Anyway, this is not really a how to video, but we will make one soon showing the exact ingredients, measurements, steps and how Thai pork noodle soup may be different than pork noodle soup in the West.
