Unagi & Anago is great tasting sushi. Tell Mr. Vitale he has gotten a lot better with the camera work. Cause sometimes he would keep the camera on you a little to long while I’m looking at the bottom of my screen trying to see the pan, mixing bowl or serving plate. I’m trying this recipe tomorrow, great job Laura.
