Dude, thanks for making these videos. I appreciate all this work you put into each and every one of them. You help me more than anyone else when it comes to lean cooking. I’m male and straight and I love you. :]
i think a little salt could make the dish tastes better.. and egg white on the chicken to make them stick to the oats better as well. just suggesting.. nice dish btw!
the awkward moment when its like… so ground cummin lol
@Lamster337 The only fat that could be in it is the chicken..if its lean chicken breast its almost zero, and if you cut the tiny bit of fat off then its zero
@fcr1209 – My blender has low and high. I used the high setting.
@trosanelli what setting did you use to ground the oatmeal on the blender
LOL u said cummin, lmao i just had to say that
Please give the video a like if you don’t mind! I can’t tell you all how much I appreciate it.
You didn’t post up how much fat in it?
Hi i tried this last night, I loved it. My question is how do you determine if you are combining high fat and carbs because I recently found out that this was not a good combo. How do you figure this information out in order not to make that mistake?
would have loved to see the chicken on a plate and you cutting into it =P less hands more of the foods! ha ha or even show what sides you would eat with it?
Hey! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.
This is great, I started dieting recently and the thing I missed the most is fried chicken.
You sir are a hero
Awesome alternative. thanks!
would be a good thing if you could put oven instructions in the description also. Just a suggestion!
WOW!!! So happy! I have found the video I’ve been looking for!!! Healthy “fried” chicken!!!! Thanks!
Thanks 4 the vids , they’re really helpful, but how long did it take you to get ripped?? and using what type of workout??
Just made some, pretty yummy. Need to make sure chicken has some moisture to get the oats to stick to them. Usually after de-frosting them you should have some water residue on them so thats when I dip them through the bag. Worked great.
I tried the recipe and the oatmeal didn’t stick to the chicken well. I did it again and dipped the chicken in egg beaters then coated. It worked great. I also wasn’t happy with the crispiness so I boosted the oven temp to 400 degree on my second try and spray the chicken in the pan with Pam.
I also ground the oatmeal in a blender to get it closer to flour. Both ways were great. Just a matter of preference.
It turned out awesome! Thanks for the great recipes!! Your channel is the best.
