@TheThirdShift mis julia how much calories do u burn during ur excersise. if its over 500 cal in ur excersise than how do u do it without passing out??? im trying to diet but i dont understand the calorie burning concept.

I’m glad you addressed your portion sizes in terms of what kind of food you’re eating. Americans (I’m one) have incredibly turned around ideas about nutrition and portions, it’s interesting to hear/read what many of us actually believe are bona fide “rules”. Have you read Michael Pollan’s “In Defense of Food”? Reading it now, and I’m having so many light bulb moments. Man, the food pyramid, debunked!

this is an amazing recipe and i love the way you diet. when i chop zucchini i like to chop the whole thing in half then chop them like you did. great job i adore you and your videos
omg, i did this..well with out the chicken cause i forgot to buy chicken (typical me) so i just grilled veggies ( heaps of veggies) and it was so good, that the next day i returned to the fresh products market and bought everything again (: … btw…feta cheese makes almost everything taste soooo goood…
